Valuing Damages for Green Accounting Purposes: The GARP II Approach

摘要: This paper reports the results of a four country project (GARPII) on aspects green accounting, namely estimation damages to air and water. The countries covered are Germany, Italy, Netherlands United Kingdom. It follows an earlier covering same countries, which was first attempt provide national level damage estimates spatially disaggregated basis for key pollutants (GARPI). GARPII covers more also attributes sources - industry, power generation transport etc. compares methodology used with that alternative GREENSTAMP approach.
