摘要: In economic policy, in the media and, alas, also some literature, increase production as measured national income (or Gross National Product, GNP) is called growth, identified with welfare and conceived indicator for success. Defining growth means defining economics production. Such a definition excludes, among other things, scarce environment from economics. Defined this manner, obtains highest priority policy of all countries1. At same time we see over world accordance present pattern being accompanied by destruction most fundamental consequently, good at man’s disposal; environment.
