摘要: In this reference for transport policymakers, planners and researchers, the author sheds new light on controversial debate about role of automobile truck in Europe shows that many commonly held assumptions are poorly founded. examining all forms land transport, including urban nonurban roadways, railways, freight maritime air transportation, argues why policies worldwide need considerable change.
