摘要: In contrast to most other organs, the lungs are prone a very wide range of epithelial tumors, varying in their location and histology. These tumors show degrees relationship smoke exposure, with central carcinomas showing greatest relationship. The molecular lesions from these share certain common elements exhibit characteristic changes. Their precursor also differ, some being well defined others poorly understood because difficulty identifying them prior surgical resection an existing tumor. Thus, natural history is understood. advent newer diagnostic procedures such as fluorescence bronchoscopy high-resolution CT scanning will aid diagnosis permit us study history.
