摘要: Breast cancer is a serious threat to women's physical and psychological health. Long noncoding RNA CAMTA1 (lncCAMTA1) was believed be related with tumor progression, but its role in breast not clear. The human cell line MDA-MB-231 used investigate the effect of lncCAMTA1 on viability, migration/invasion, apoptosis. expression lncCAMTA1, miR-20b, VEGF were measured after corresponding transfections. Binding effects between 3'-UTR measured. miR-20b cells also assessed phosphorylation levels MAPK/ERK JAK/STAT3 pathways determined assess VEGF. results showed that promoted viability while knockdown apoptosis via binding miR-20b. negatively regulated expression. target leading modification MAPK, ERK, JAK, STAT1, STAT3. Our findings suggested might promote proliferation mobility direct activation signaling pathways. Therefore has potential as novel diagnostic marker putative therapeutic for treatment.
