摘要: The pyroelectric coefficient of the (PbO)x(GeO2)(8−x) ceramics as a function PbO or GeO2 content close to x=5 was studied. value increases with increasing up and decreases above an irregularity around x=5. From frequency dependence complex dielectric constant electric conductivity determined. temperature is poling. Unpoled have activation energy 0.70 eV. observed relaxations in are equivalent those monocrystals.
