摘要: Polycrystalline samples of modified lead germanate, Pb4.9A0.1Ge2TiO11 (A = Ca, Sr, Ba) were synthesized by a solid-state reaction technique. Studies x-ray powder diffraction patterns and scanning electron microscopy images these compounds at room temperature suggest that the have been formed almost in single phase with trigonal crystal system uniform grain distribution throughout surface samples. Detailed studies dielectric properties as function frequency (2×102 to 106 Hz) temperature, for temperatures from 200 °C 10, 100 1000 kHz show broadening (diffuseness) peaks change transition ionic size dopants. The dependence electrical conductivity, polarization pyroelectricity all provide some interesting results device fabrication.
