摘要: Spermatozoa from seven gall-midge species, representing the supertribes Lasiopteridi and Stomatosematidi, have been examined by electron microscopy compared to spermatozoa of 30 previously species subfamily Cecidomyiinae. Derived characteristics all representatives this are lack acrosome absence accessory tubules in their axoneme. The sperm axoneme Didactylomyia has a unique ‘9 + 5 pattern’, i.e. with 9 outer doublets inner singlet microtubules. Unlike other members Cecidomyiinae, retained some plesiomorphic traits, namely crystal containing mitochondria homogeneously condensed nucleus. Stomatosema 10 0 an irregular nuclear condensation. Thus, may serve as useful outgroup for phylogenetic analysis within supertribe Stomatosematidi is paraphyletic assemblage. Nearly Lasiopteridi, Ozirhincus, Arnoldiola, Brachineura Ledomyia, synapomorphic character great number microtubules parallel A notable exception Rhizomyia, which shares certain apomorphic traits several genera that classified Cecidomyiidi, Contarinia, Allocontarinia, Lestodiplosis Myricomyia. Moreover, these flat tail microtubular located close cell membrane, both differ markedly very peculiar found Cecidomyiidi. Cladistic characters suggests Cecidomyiidi polyphyletic taxon supports existence sister-group relationship between
