摘要: Abstract 1. Observations have been presented on the morphological effects of exposing eggs Hymenolepis nana to different doses X-irradiation ranging from 5 40 kiloroentgens. Conspicuous in cysticercoids were malformations and arrested development. Abnormal appearing failed develop adults when fed albino mice. 2. No adult cestodes obtained, either directly or indirectly, exposed more than 30 kr. 3. Below lethal level radiation, no abnormalities observed which could not be found non-irradiated specimens. Analyses indicated that induced an increase frequency with a given variant characteristic occurred tended proportional dose received. 4. Data occurrence, according r-dose received, for each five characteristics. Comparisons made specimens reliable estimates occurs normal population can obtained by extrapolation irradiation data. Experimental evidence has support proposed hypothesis may serve as useful tool facilitating determinations nature, extent possible directional trends variations cestodes.
