摘要: The literature dealing with the metabolic effects of X and γ radiations is very extensive confused by conflicting results. Reviews various aspects subject have been given Colwell (1935), Reis Kluge (1936), Scott (1937), Crabtree Gray (1939), Holmes Bade (1940). views many workers summarised (1937, p. 55), as follows:— 1. primary biological action rays entirely independent processes living cell. 2. primarily exerted on nucleus cell thereby that control growth. principal difficulty in experimental investigations disturbances produced radiation, doses employed to give easily measurable changes far greater than any used radiotherapy, e.g., 10,000–100,000 r i.e., order which would produce necrosis, so it assumed results are no clinical importance.
