摘要: Resume La thrombopenie est une anomalie de l’hemostase se caracterisant par numeration plaquettaire anormalement basse (inferieure a 150 × 10 3 /mm ). Cette affection particulierement frequente chez la jeune femme peut etre rencontree lors d’une grossesse. Le Purpura Thrombopenique Idiopathique (PTI) doit evoque toute enceinte presentant isolee, mais reste un diagnostic d’exclusion toutes les autres causes gravidique. decouverte d’un PTI necessite prise en charge femme, aussi du fœtus, puis nouveau ne. De ce fait, elle fait appel equipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant obstetriciens, sages-femmes, internistes ou hematologistes, et pediatres. surveillance decisions therapeutiques seront adaptees au cas cas, fonction cinetique des numerations plaquettaires.
