摘要: Variation in tendency of gastric carcinomas for submucosal invasion according to the site origin stomach was investigated. A total 230 and 790 located fundic pyloric areas, respectively, were used determine rates (IR) beyond lamina muscularis mucosae relative size histologic type lesion. The IR values increased with carcinoma both areas. However, area demonstrated significantly higher (P less than 0.003) every class poorly well-differentiated lesions. Moreover, whereas small (less 10 mm) invasive remarkably frequent area, large (greater 81 noninvasive (mucosal) almost exclusively limited area. Thus clearly shown have a greater become those This may be related differences local anatomical physiologic conditions.
