摘要: The changes in histologic types of gastric carcinoma Japan recent years was studied utilizing the 4147 cases surgically resected at Cancer Institute Hospital, Tokyo, from 1955 to 1974. All carcinomas were classified as either well-differentiated or poorly differentiated, and ratio former latter (WPR) calculated for first decade (1955-1964) second (1965-1974). A decline WPR observed, although difference not statistically significant. However, when material subdivided according site tumor stomach, a decrease markedly visible area designated Fl-area, i.e., part fundic susceptible intestinalization. When limited this area, significant (P less than 0.05).
