摘要: DNA ploidy patterns of minute carcinomas in the stomach were determined by cytofluorometric measurement, using paraffin sections which had been prepared for histological examination. The examples studied 19 less than 5 mm diameter, 12 adenocarcinomas, and 7 signet ring cell carcinomas. By measuring fluorescence intensity more 30 mitotic nuclei, pattern each tumor was determined. control diploid content obtained non-cancerous mitoses gastric mucosa. In present study, heteroploidy seen carcinomas; 4 adenocarcinomas one carcinoma. remaining 14 composed a stem line. 3 polyploid cells seen. occurrence cancers similar to that found advanced cancers, whereas appeared occur frequently cancers.
