摘要: Algicidal bacteria that attack Dolichospermum crassum were isolated from the Karasuhara Reservoir in October 2010. Phytoplankton monitoring was performed April 2010 to March 2011, and D. detected August November. At its peak frequency (in early October), it accounted for 23% of all phytoplankton cells. Heterotrophic surface water, an algicidal assay conducted. As a result, 3 out 47 bacterial strains showed strong activity, they completely destroyed trichomes . An initial inoculation dose only 1.0 × 10 2 cells ml −1 these enough digest These identified as Rheinheimera spp. according 16S rDNA sequence analyses. This is first report about could be key agents controlling reservoirs.
