摘要: BACKGROUND The abdomen is one of the most frequent sites for lymphoma in children. role surgery has been limited to intra-abdominal resectable tumours or as a diagnostic procedure case disseminated disease. Laparotomy without total excision tumour does not improve survival; moreover, it may cause complications and delays initiation chemotherapy. AIM OF THE WORK This study was undertaken assess management children adolescents presenting with order create certain criteria select proper surgical modality managing those patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS case-series, retrospective done on 33 patients abdominal over period seven years from 2000 2007. Patients' files were reviewed regarding full clinical examinations, laboratory radiological investigations well procedures. Collected data tabulated statistically analyzed using SPSS program package. RESULTS Eleven (33.3%) presented huge pelvi-abdominal mass eleven had generalized lymphadenopathy beside their affection. remaining 11 symptoms an acute abdomen.
