摘要: • Our purpose was to summarize Information from a large single institution's experience regarding the role of surgical resection in management non-Hodgkin's lymphoma children and adolescents. Fifty-eight were treated for primary gastrointestinal lymphoma. The tumors usually presented ileocolic region (n 54). Twenty-one with intussusception. Complete tumor accomplished 32 patients, partial 20, biopsy only 6. All patients given protocols employing chemotherapy irradiation. Forty-four (76%) 58 are surviving 1 year greater than 20 years diagnosis. Thirty-one who underwent complete followed by protocol surviving, compared 13 26 residual gross disease. results indicate that benefit when feasible. ( Arch Surg . 1990;125:252-256)
