摘要: In Japan, the prevalence of dementia is expected to reach 4.7 million by 2025. This study aimed develop a risk score for prediction incident in community-dwelling older adults. this longitudinal observational study, we used data from Japan Gerontological Evaluation Study (JAGES) conducted K City. We performed Cox regression analyses three models adults using frailty index and health checkup data. Analyses area under receiver operating characteristic curve were compare models' predictive abilities. identified 6656 (9.2%) individuals who developed during observation period. The C-statistics scores ranged 0.733 0.790. able predict may help non-medical professionals detect at an early stage.
