摘要: This study was investigated the change of concentration and toxicity thermally cross-linked superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (TCL-SPION) on tissues Sprague-Dawley rats. TCL-SPION at dose 15 mg/kg body weight intravenously injected into tail vein male The fate in serum, urine observed during 28 days. Serum level maximal 0.25 h post-injection gradually declined thereafter. In addition, sinusoids liver red pulp area spleen were mainly accumulated from 0.5 to 28-day post-injection. kidney, deposition detected tubular until after injection. Malondialdehyde slightly increased with time not different that zero time. spleen, TNF- IL-6 levels TS treated those control experimental period. From results, could stay fairly long-time certain intravenous injection without toxicity. results indicated might be useful safe as a contrast for diagnosis cancer or carrier therapeutic reagents treat diseases.
