摘要: Metabolic and toxicodynamic interactions of some organic solvents in rats repeatedly treated with medium dose levels were examined. It was shown that both n-hexane ethylbenzene significantly inhibited tetrachloroethy-lene metabolism during a 2-week period. n-Hexane tetrachloroethylene enhanced whereas suppressed only at the end experiment. Biochemical changes, especially drop level non-protein sulfhydryl groups tissues solvent mixtures, less pronounced than those observed after these chemicals administered separately. These results demonstrate metabolic between hydrocarbons chloroalkene may lead to modification biological response compounds.
