摘要: Ability of mosapride, a gastrokinetic agent, to bind 5-HT4 receptor was examined in the stomach human and guinea pig by vitro autoradiography. [125I]SB207710 binding sites were detected muscle layer including myenteric plexus from both humans pigs, although observed more clearly densely pigs than humans. Mosapride as well SB204070 inhibited [125I]SB207710. Thus, mosapride possesses ability receptors may modulate motility, case stomach.
