摘要: EROD activity and induction cytochrome P4501A in liver gills of Senegal sole, Solea senegalensis, from a heavy metal PAH polluted estuary, was studied. Liver gill CYP1A catalytic assessed at the enzyme level-measured as 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase cellular localization studied using immunohistochemistry. correlated with phenanthrene-type metabolites copper concentrations water. Strong occurrence observed acinar pancreatic cells, duct epithelium vascular system endothelium negative/rare were hepatocytes sinusoidal endothelium. In gills, showed significant correlation different fractions metals sediment but no between PAHs. Strongly positive associated staining endothelia primary filament cells moderate pillar observed. The results substantiated utility measurement biomarkers for use by aquatic toxicologists indicate that assays immunohistochemical appear to be sensitive kinds pollutants being both methods recommended monitoring programs.
