摘要: Carassius auratus bred in clean water were selected to conduct active biomonitoring (ABM) exposures Meiliang and Gong bays the northern polluted area of Taihu Lake. The biotransformation enzymes 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) glutathione S-transferase (GST), antioxidant peroxidase (GP(X)), reduced (GSH) content superoxide dismutase (SOD) lipoperoxidation (as TBARS) liver determined as biomarkers during field exposure period. At same time, contents polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) heavy metals surface sediments sites measured. total PAH concentrations ranged from 248.8 375.9microgkg(-1) dry weight, PCB 1.26 2.41microgkg(-1), OCP 0.15 2.06microgkg(-1), metal 126.3 210.0mgkg(-1). results indicate that complex pollution by persistent organic pollutants is present end Lake situ exposed organisms stressed. Moreover, Meilaing Bay a more stressful place fish living there. integrated biomarker response (IBR) was calculated combining different single value, which can be used describe toxically-induced stress level populations areas. Pollutant displayed star plots compared IBR plots. There visual correlation between gradient measured variation.
