摘要: This study evaluated the short-term toxicity of polychlorinated diphenylsulfides (PCDPSs) in freshwater fish. Laboratory experiments were performed to determine oxidative stress and antioxidative responses 12 different types PCDPSs liver goldfish, Carassius auratus. Fish injected with increasing concentrations (0.1, 1, 10, 100 μg/kg body weight for various mg/kg (DPS)) test compounds 12h, one group assigned as control. We simultaneously time-dependent effects on antioxidant defense system, using Tris-, Penta- Hepta-CDPS. acutely either 10 such or corn oil alone (control), then samples collected at 0.5, 2, 3 5d analysis content. Changes activities superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), levels malondialdehyde (MDA) detected, suggesting that exhibit potential biotoxicity. In addition, our data indicated PCDPS varies degree substitution position attached two benzene rings, results also partly supported by elicited Hepta-CDPSs. particular, indicate Hexa-CDPSs may act highly toxic contaminants striking enzymatic inhibitory activity. Furthermore, suggest altered enzymes, including SOD CAT, along MDA, serve biomarkers contamination.
