摘要: This study investigated the effects of dietary niacin on growth performance, feed utilization and non-specific immune response in juvenile Pacific white shrimp. Six isonitrogenous isolipidic practical diets were formulated with graded levels 10.9, 65.8, 121.2, 203.4, 387.5 769.3 mg kg−1 dry diet, respectively. Results indicated that per cent weight gain (WG), specific rate (SGR), efficiency (FE), protein ratio (PER) productive value (PPV) significantly influenced by levels. The maximum WG SGR occurred at 121.2 mg kg−1 diet. However, survival proximate composition whole body not affected Dietary had no significant total protein, glucose, triacylglycerol cholesterol contents haemolymph. activity catalase lysozyme haemolymph was Based a two-slope regression analysis against level, requirement shrimp 109.6 mg kg−1.
