摘要: Abstract This paper presents an object model for maintenance management of roofing systems as a case study to demonstrate the applicability proposed generic framework integrating built-assets. The consists five sequential processes: (1) Identify Asset, (2) Performance Requirements, (3) Assess Performance, (4) Plan Maintenance, (5) Manage Maintenance Operations. builds upon Industry Foundation Classes (IFCs) (Releases 2.0 and 2X) define requirements relationships exchange sharing information between applications. is one defined projects within facilities (FM) domain committee International Alliance Interoperability (IAI). proposes several extensions IFC's including representation functional requirements, assessed condition objects, inspection tasks, libraries non-specific information. Usage scenarios are provided illustrate use carry out selected processes.
