摘要: A chemical composition of matter comprising a wax plasticizing agent (plasticizer) tributoxyethyl phosphate, mixture selected long chain fatty acids (preferably C10 to C22), and low-surface tension surfactants, which when added in solution crude oil or refined products has been shown lower both the B.S. & W. (rag layer) coefficient friction oils products. This is particularly useful as liquefaction, dispersant, solubilization for asphaltene paraffins The reduction co-efficient resulting from addition this product will allow pump through pipelines with minimum amount resistance due (drag).
