摘要: The present invention relates to an aqueous composition comprising apomorphine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt solvate thereof, reduced glutathione (GSH) and ascorbic acid derivative wherein the has pH of about 3 7.4. according exhibits superior tolerability improved side effect profile, particularly occurrence skin nodule formation panniculitis, when administered subcutaneously. further for use as medicament, treatment Parkinson's disease.
