摘要: Background: Renal biopsy (RB) is a procedure which allows obtaining kidney tissue for morphological diagnosis. As an invasive procedure, RB could lead to some complications. The aim of the study was assess incidence and severity various complications renal performed by automated spring fired gun with needles 16 18G. Material Methods: A total number 230 obtained from patients over 18 years age, within period January 2009 July 2013, were analyzed retrospectively. All standartized technique using gun, 16, G disposable needle. average age 45.5 ± 22.3 years, 119 male 111 female. many as 170 biopsies needle 60 assessment early post-biopsy done ultrasound (US). Results: Of all RB, 92.7% successfully performed. In 60% failed used. No noted in 93.4%. Hematomas observed 15 out cases (6.6%). those, 80% assessed minor hematomas (12/15) size 20.4mm 11mm they appeared be asymptomatic. While 8 (66%) 12 two passes (66%), only 4 (34%) hematoma after one pass 0.05. major 1.3%. Conclusion: optimal US examination kidneys diagnosis up 24 hours RB. experience physician performing great importance reducing risk well An 16G recommended. Hippokratia 2014; (1): 40-43.
