摘要: A rapid and accurate method for simultaneous identification of foodborne infectious pathogens was developed based on oligonucleotide microarray technology. The proposed is PCR amplification the target region groEL genes with degenerate primers, followed by products hybridization probes specific species. gene seventeen species pathogenic bacteria were hybridized to array. Hybridization results analyzed digoxigenin-linked enzyme reaction. Results indicated that fifteen showed high sensitivity specificity array, while two other gave cross-reaction E. coli. Our suggested analysis might be very useful bacterial pathogens. array can also applied samples collected in clinical settings infections. superiority over tests lies its rapidity, accuracy efficiency diagnosis, treatment control (© 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
