摘要: The robust (spin and isospin zero) $\alpha$-particle remains one of the best projectiles to probe nuclear isoscalar excitations. In present work, a microscopic folding model analysis \ac inelastic scattering 2$^+$ (4.44 MeV), 0$^+$ (7.65 3$^-$ (9.64 (10.3 MeV) 1$^-$ (10.84 states in $^{12}$C has been performed using 3-$\alpha$ resonating group method wave functions. transition strengths these were carefully studied based on coupled-channel folded form factors. A correlation between weak binding and/or short lifetime excited state absorption exit channel established.
