摘要: K+-selective ion channels are important determinants of neuronal excitability. The activity three particular K+ channels, Kir6.2, Slo1, and Kv2.1, is implicated in neuroprotection ischemic brain neurons. Here we review recent studies on the molecular properties, expression, function these their regulation neurons, potential as drug targets for prophylactic and/or post-event therapeutics.
