摘要: Penetration enhancers are usually surfactants, and co-surfactants added to dermatological applications (creams) solubilize lipophilic active principles. They have the potential alter lipid integrity within stratum corneum. Transdermal preparations such as antibiotics now gaining a lot of interest. The present study evaluates effect penetration different nanoparticle sizes silver nanoparticles with respect their impact on nanoparticle-skin penetration, expressed flux (J), Permeability Coefficient (PC) Enhancement Ratio (ER). In this study, modified Franz diffusion glass cell method was adapted measure primary skin permeability parameters. Drug delivery depends so much ability vehicles overcome barrier deliver content deeply into tissue layers. Hence need for studies which aims evaluate quantity permeating per unit time in presence enhancers. observed 26, 18, 30, 4.2 µg/cm2/h, respectively, 4.0% Tween 80; 28, 22, 34, 8 µg/cm2/h, 20% Propylene Glycol (PG); 14, 24 2.8 µg/cm2/h, 20.0% Poly Ethylene (PEG) 46 12 µg/cm2/h, sodium lauryl sulfate when compared an aqueous solution AgNPs (22 NM). Considering size choice could pave way developing ideal preparation requiring use nanoparticles.
