摘要: One- or quasi one-dimensional zinc oxide nanostructures possess plenty of morphologies. Only by controlling the gas flow rates, and partial pressures argon, oxygen vapor, can various types high-quality ZnO nanomaterials (such as wires, belts, arrays, saws combs, tetraleg rods, nails, pins) be synthesized through pure powder evaporation without a catalyst at temperature range 600–700°C. In this study, deposited were characterized means scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction high-resolution transmission microscopy. The authors propose discuss growth mechanisms ZnO. addition, properties room photoluminescence field emission several typical are measured investigated.
