摘要: The potential bioaccumulation and distribution of antibiotics in non-target organisms have been inadequately studied spite their widespread occurrence aquatic systems. We investigated the ability tetracycline to bioaccumulate through aqueous dietary routes an organism, freshwater crustacean Daphnia magna. D. magna was exposed algal food (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata) contaminated with for uptake. Tetracycline transferred more uptake than rate constant kin,water=0.33±0.045 via route kin,food=0.16±0.012 1.0mgL(-1) tetracycline. Bioconcentration factors 4.40±0.91Lkg(-1) 3.66±0.50Lkg(-1) 0.1 were found biomagnification factor 0.19±0.04 indicates that magnification web will not occur. change internal concentration target compound also multigenerational (F1-F4) exposure. showed a decreasing trend increasing generations except parent generation. tendency biphasic
