摘要: A rapid method for the determination of fungal glucosamine (GlcN) from Aspergillus sp BCRC 31742 was developed. The hydrochlorination process using microwave effectively reduced reaction time needed GlcN analysis. analytical consisted two steps: (1) cells and (2) derivatization process. Fungal hydrochloride reacted with 1-napthyl isothiocyanate (1-NITC) as derivatizing agent to enhance sensitivity so achieve high resolution. This specific quantification at wavelength 230 nm. standard deviation relative error results were less than 5%. By heating, shortened 24 h 3 min. Thus, overall analyzing sources 5 (thermal method) 2 (microwave method).
