摘要: UNLABELLED Pancreatic pseudocysts are a common finding in acute and chronic pancreatitis, but most small uncomplicated, do not require treatment. Pseudocysts with splenic parenchymal involvement uncommon have the potential for massive hemorrhage. Data on clinical presentation optimal treatment of this unusual complication lacking.
