摘要: In this paper, the toxicity (percentage of hatching and LC_50) histopathological alterations induced by benzo(a)pyrene (B(a)P; 0.032, 0.056, 0.1, 0.32, 0.56 0.1 ug l−1) 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD; 0.025, 0.05, 1.5 5 pg have been studied in early life stages seabream, Sparus aurata, from 0 to 15 days post-hatching (dph). Toxicity assays showed that percentage decreased with increasing contaminant concentration. Moreover, number hatched larvae was lower for TCDD-exposed eggs comparison B(a)P exposed ones. The sensitivity larvae, terms LC50, towards TCDD increased age larvae. LC50 were 0.81 l−1 4.37 neonate 0.11 1.45 dph For examination, samples experiments taken at different concentrations (between 0.032 μg 0.025 l−1). both, B(a)P- a concentration-dependency detected. contrast, an age-dependency not clearly detected, possibly due lack development mostly organs stages. Cytoplasmic vacuolization hepatocytes, as well subcutaneous edema necrosis trunk musculature, most common disorders detected both On other hand, there differences histopathology on exposure TCDD. Epithelial desquamation gills, inflation swim bladder, lesions nervous system specific TCDD, while hepatic, vascular muscular toxicants. parallel examinations, immunohistochemical analyses cytochrome P450-1A isoenzyme (CYP1A) expression performed same samples. basal/constitutive distribution CYP1A its induction also analysed similar larval seabream under control conditions after sublethal l- 1) l-1). During endogenous nutrition period (from until 4 dph), constitutive immunoreactivity observed syncytium matrix yolk sac. during exogenous feeding 10 basal hepatic system, whereas exocrine pancreas no reactivity. gut, restricted intestinal brush border apical cytoplasm some enterocytes. Induced B(a)P-exposed within enterocytes endothelial cells heart. Finally, pancreatic acinar cells, renal epithelial cells. results study provided preliminary evidence inducible organ S. aurata existing adult fish. more toxic B(a)P.
