摘要: Aim of the study was to analyze prevalence Cryptosporidiosis in cattle and buffaloes by oocyst microscopic examination polymerase chain reaction (PCR). as detected examinations higher (10.5%) than (8.47%) Lahore from August, 2007-July, 2008. Percent cryptosporidiosis at Governmental dairy farms (20.55 & 16. 66) followed Gawala colonies (12.77 9.44), Military farm (6.11 4.44) House hold dairies (3.88 3.34). The highest percent recorded during summer (15 12), autumn (10.88 20), spring 7.5) lowest winter season (6.6 4.5). Infection rate young older. Non-significant difference relation sex animals infection rate. (12.22%), PCR (22.7%), (14.41%), (7.7%) (5%). Although, compared examinations, no statistically significant observed. It is concluded that highly prevalent Lahore, which insinuates authorities for its monitoring or molecular methods achieve production maximumpotential.
