摘要: Enterocytozoon bieneusi has been increasingly reported in non-human primates (NHPs) recent years, and this garnered attention. However, reports of E. infections NHPs are limited worldwide. To appreciate the genetic diversity assess zoonotic potential during transmission human microsporidiosis, we examined a total 369 fecal samples from performed PCR amplification ITS gene bieneusi. An infection rate 12.5% (46/369) was detected NHPs, with three known genotypes (D, PigEBITS7, SC02) novel genotype (SCM01) characterized. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that all four our study were classified as group 1. Multilocus genotyping positive strains revealed 36, 37, 30, 29 specimens successfully amplified sequenced to generate 16, six, four, five types MS1, MS3, MS4, MS7 loci, respectively. Twenty-four at forming 13 multilocus (MLGs). The occurrence suggests between humans probably occurred could be source microspordiosis.
