摘要: The high-temperature stability and thermal life of silicone resin-based potting compound (SC-3), used in the aerospace application for electrical insulation, is investigated Thermo-Gravimetry Analysis (TGA) an inert environment. Nonisothermal TGA performed temperature range 30 °C to 900 at 10, 20, / min heating rates. kinetic parameters such as activation energy pre-exponential factor are obtained by model-free method proposed Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) Flynn Wall Ozawa (FWO) various degree conversion. degradation SC-3 observed 350 580 °C, endurance or time failure estimated per ASTM E1877 standard. results reveal that can be safely continuously 100 ~3.6 °C.
