摘要: Experiments were performed in human working myocardium to investigate the relationship of intracellular calcium handling and availability alterations strength contraction produced by changes stimulation rate pattern. Both control myopathic muscles exhibited potentiation peak isometric force during postextrasystolic which was associated with an increase transient. Frequency-related attenuated compared controls. This occurred despite resting amplitude transient as detected aequorin. Therefore, abnormalities contractile function frequency-related are not due decreased calcium, but more likely reflect differences myofibrillar responsiveness. Sarcolemmal influx may also contribute suggested a decrease action potential duration increasing frequency is fluctuations amplitude.
