摘要: Studies of methylation along 28 kilobases X-chromosome DNA, assayed by Southern blot analysis using cloned X-chromosome-specific probes, indicates that XDNA in normal human cells changes with replication, is not correlated number X chromosomes or transcriptional activity, and less stable more prevalent than when the foreign environment mouse–human hybrid cells.
