摘要: Abstract In this work, nanocrystalline yttrium iron garnet powders were produced by low temperature solid state reaction. The phase evolution during the procedure was determined from thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis, x-ray diffraction patterns. results of transmission electron microscopy indicated that prepared exhibited grain size at nano-level 20 ~ 40 nm. Dense ceramics with a theoretical density around 98% obtained after sintering 1280 °C, relative compared conventional ceramic processes, saturation magnetizations sintered samples also determined.
