摘要: Abstract Yttrium iron garnet (YIG) and yttrium aluminum (YAIG) nanoferrite samples were synthesized by microemulsion method. The effect of sintering was examined heating the at 900, 1000, 1100 °C. YIG YAIG then characterized using X-ray diffraction field-emission scanning electron microscopy.
