摘要: A segmental nerve defect is still best be treated by autologous graft. However, besides its donor side morbidity, extensive defects of peripheral nerves or the brachial plexus often cannot completely due to missing quantity graft material. Thus two solution are possible: first, incomplete reconstruction — abandoned trunk used as additional source material (ulnar in complete palsy), second, application new techniques, such distraction [1], tubes [7] allografts [3, 9, 14]. Nerve laboratory phase [1, 11]. should not chosen cases mixed and=or larger than 10mm [2]. allograft seems substitute.
