摘要: Although some allografts bearing major and minor transplantation antigens can survive after the cessation of immunosuppression with cyclosporin-A (Cy-A), nerve do not. In an attempt to induce immunological unresponsiveness allografts, we used grafts containing only varied duration Cy-A therapy from 2 12 weeks. Our results demonstrated that survived in rats during therapy, but when drug administration ceased, were rejected. Other factors besides degree histoincompatibility treatment must be involved determining whether or not develops withdrawal. We conclude allograft generated by requires regular drug.
