摘要: Objective Nerve regeneration through cold preserved nerve allografts is demonstrated, and treatment of with FK506 induces better than other immunosuppressants. We study temporarily treated compare it the obtained using classic autografts in a facial paralysis model monkeys. Methods A trunk on both sides was transected eight monkeys immediately repaired 3 to 4 cm autograft or allograft. administered animals allograft group for 2 months, were weeks. At periods 3, 5, 8 months after surgery, quantitative electrophysiological assessment video recordings performed. end study, analysis neurons nucleus carried out, axons stereologically counted. Results After regenerative period, neuronal density higher group. However, distal axonal counts similar groups. Serial histology showed that grafts partially rejected cessation immunosuppressant. Conclusion The does not achieve results achieved autografts, but collateralization activation mimic muscles.
