摘要: 1. The distribution of acetyl cholinesterase has been examined in the guinea pig three areas belonging to hippocampal region, viz., entorhinal area, parasubiculum, and presubiculum. 2. Formaldehyde-fixed serial frozen sections unfixed cryostat were subjected a modification Koelle thiocholine method. Ethopropazine was used suppress non-specific cholinesterase. One series processed according copper ferricyanide method Karnovsky Roots (1964). 3. In each area obtained staining displayed specific pattern stratification, ceasing at transition neighbouring areas. The compared with that rat, previously described. 4. The deep part cortex similar regard AChE areas, comprising well-stained layer IV, paler V, moderately dark VI. 5. In two subfields discernible. termed pars medialis very distinct stratification precipitate; other, lateralis, different much less conspicuous is seen.
