摘要: The steel/aluminum structural transition joints are widely used in shipbuilding industry due to the advantages of joining these two materials with important weight savings while exploiting their best properties. use laser welding strongly connect components made Fe and Al alloys as base Fe/Al is very attractive. authors report results achieved during particular scope evaluate effects laser-induced thermal loads on integrity bond interface, from metallurgical mechanical points view. increase both inter-metallic film thickness extension were detected a result beam induced heat interface. These increases did not cause severe reductions resistance investigated joint.
